By using Wordlestat (“the Bot”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Bot.
2. Description of Service
WordleStat provides Discord users with:
- Automatic tracking of Wordle game results from Discord messages
- Statistical leaderboards and rankings
- Personal game statistics and history
- Data synchronization across Discord channels
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Use the Bot in compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- Not abuse, exploit, or manipulate the Bot’s functionality
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Bot’s security
- Not use the Bot for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
- Ensure you have appropriate permissions in Discord servers where you use the Bot
4. Data Collection and Use
The Bot collects and stores:
- Discord user IDs (for tracking individual statistics)
- Wordle game scores (extracted from shared results)
- Message IDs and channel IDs (for data management)
- Timestamps of game completions

5. Bot Availability
- The Bot is provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime or availability
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot at any time
- We are not responsible for data loss due to service interruptions
- Regular maintenance may cause temporary unavailability
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Bot is provided without warranty of any kind
- We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Bot
- We are not responsible for user-generated content or actions
- We are not liable for data inaccuracies or statistical errors
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Bot Ownership
- The Bot’s code, design, and functionality are the property of the Bot operator
- Users retain ownership of their Wordle scores and game data
- Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc. and is not affiliated with this Bot
7.2. User Data
- You retain ownership of your Discord user data
- By using the Bot, you grant us a license to process and display your data as described in these Terms
- Publicly posted leaderboards may display usernames and scores
7.3. Wordle Trademark
- The Bot tracks scores for informational and entertainment purposes only
- “Wordle” is a trademark of The New York Times Company
- This Bot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with The New York Times or Wordle
8. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Terminate or suspend Bot access for users who violate these Terms
- Remove the Bot from servers that violate Discord’s Terms of Service
- Discontinue the service at any time with or without notice
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Bot or our website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
